YI Technology is looking for a confident and charismatic content writer to join our Shanghai International Marketing Team. You will work closely with the Content Manager and Product Managers to ensure that all content and copy is written with the brands voice and effectively targets the appropriate consumer market. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker, enjoys working in a multi-cultural, multi-national team, has experience in writing, is well organized and works well under pressure with the ability to manage several tasks at one time.

You Will:

· Assist the Content Manager, Product Managers and Marketing Team to write effective and original content and copy for website, print, packaging, user manuals and Amazon product pages.

· Edit post-translated content to ensure it has a native tone and targets the appropriate audience while effectively delivering the brands voice.

· Ensure content is produced with a channel neutral mind-set and actively voices the brands voice through creative writing.

· Work alongside the Content Manager to advise on delivery of material based on consumer mind-set, trends, forecasts, and seasonal events.

· Liaise closely with the Content Manager to govern the tone of voice across all content.

· Pursue excellence in all content that is produced.

You Must Be:

· Confident in own writing and editing ability, can tell stories through copy, video and imagery with the ability to plan, conceptualize and commission inspiring and engaging channel neutral content.

· A strategic and creative thinker, able to articulate and bring to life new ideas through writing in order to attract consumers.

· Organized, punctual and able to manage several tasks at one time, work well under pressure.

· Able to build effective relationships with peers outside of own team, understand the impact of your own behavior on others and modify accordingly, not afraid to tackle conflict or confront others when problems occur.

· An experienced writer with a bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Creative Writing, or similar.

· A native English speaker. German and/or Mandarin proficiency is a benefit.
