30 to 90 Days：

If your product fails due to manufacturer fault, we will replace the defective unit with a brand new one. YI will offer a prepaid return shipping label；

90 Days to 12 Months：

If your product fails to work due to a quality issue 90 days after you received, please contact the customer service first. We will replace or repair the defective unit after we confirm the product's problem. But buyer should pay for the shipping fees.
